Ouest Plongée Développement (OPD) is an association affiliated to the French underwater sports federation, the FFESSM.
Created in 2001 by the Brittany-Loire Valley Regional Committee, OPD distributes teaching material for those interested in playing the fast-growing sport of Underwater Hockey and offers a fresh approach to water.
